Muff Malal at Muff Malal Peninsula
His origin is unknown, even is he really work under the Queen command also unknown, he probably just a random enemies encountered by Konrad during his journey to the Throne. But by defeating him, Konrad logically gain some support from the people of Wesnoth who learn what he has done for the people who live in the peninsula.
